Photography
I shoot natural light photography in and around Grand Forks. I prefer shooting outdoors but can usually find "good lighting" indoors as well. I work with a Canon 60D and love using my 50mm lens.

Availability
I can work with your schedule to find a time/place to work for you and yours. Typically families enjoy shoots at local parks, downtown or at their home but I am open to going where you want. If you have a special place or a unique idea, let's do it! Sessions take between 30-60 minutes and from your session you will receive 10-20 quality images.

Getting prints
I will take your pictures and then edit them using Photoshop Elements. You will have all copyrights to those images.  I will download the images onto a public site for you to view, then you can move those images onto your computer to share or get prints. I will sign a copyright form for you to keep and present at the time you print your pictures. It generally takes 1-2 weeks to get the finished product!

Pricing
I've priced my sessions based mainly on the time/difficulty of the shoot.  Families and children seem to come easiest for me.  Seniors are even easier, but they take longer and we have multiple locations and dressing changes.  Infants take the longest, sometimes up to 3 hours.  This is because I like to get some awake/alert pictures, candid pics with parents/siblings, and then the sleeping pictures.  These sleeping pictures take time and patience!  Some babies just don't like to sleep, they are interested in crying, eating, pooping, etc...but I will always schedule enough time to get the shot you and I want!  Business photography is priced highest as images will be used for advertisements and websites.
